Chelyn was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful. Right from the beginning she made my boyfriend and I feel very welcomed. She was very attentive to all of her tables including ours. Every time she came to our table, she had a big smile on her face. She consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was tasting good and we had everything we needed. The food was wonderful as well but we had a wonderful experience with our waitress and I wanted to make sure she was aware of it.

Took grandkids out today, treat during March break from school, everything was just great, service, food and pricing, out server Dalas was great everything was just as you would have wanted , nothing amiss on our order, great Thank You!Parking: Parking was right near to entrance, handicap parking was around the corner, maybe better to be closer to the door?Kid-friendliness: Great with the kids, all food was just as we ordered

had a really nice lunch here with my grandmother, our server Cali was incredibly kind and helpful and made it an awesome experience!! we got the chicken amtrak and the cheese pasta and both were delicious and nicely sized portions for lunch. the little mini desserts were also really good and well sized and priced for a sweet bite after lunch.

Food is good but when with big groups I suggest you serve the small kids first. They don’t need to wait the adults eat their salad before being served. Friendly staff.

I haven’t been to East side Mario’s in at least 15 yrs - came tonight because my guest wanted to try it out and just because of the way we were treated I would definitely recommend and return.Issues with the menu on ordered food not due to the restaurant or staff but due to my guest…. Not only was Kooper very helpful, wonderful and kind with a beautiful smile, very personable and friendly. Made the experience fun. Ashley - acting manager stepped in to make the experience well worth it. Your customer service is on Point - attention to detail is incredible. you should not be acting manager but actual manager!Kooper and Ashley, thank you so very much ladies for being so kind, thoughtful, considerate and very helpful.Much appreciated
