I am not someone who typically posts negative things for businesses (I know how much online views help/hurt businesses), but our visit to Kelsey's yesterday was disappointing. We had been a number of times in the past (their Buffalo Chicken sandwich was a favourite), but given we went for lunch, we selected lighter fare. From the dirty glasses I got (the first one and the replacement), to the not so clean table, to the length of time it took for our food to come out which meant my wife's wrap got cold (it wasn't supposed to be) and that the chicken in my BLT was dry, it was a significant step down in our experiences from before. With so many options available to us and the rising cost of eating out, we are choosing to visit and revisit places where we had a great time, service and food wise. So, we won't be going back to Kelsey's.

One of our favourite chain restaurants in Barrie! The patio is nice in the summertime and the food is pretty consistent and priced fairly. Nice place to grab appetizers and drinks with friends on a summer evening. The inside is quite nice too since the renovations.
Great place to eat out at! Megan Y did an amazing job as our server and made sure to accommodate to us all along the way.
