Ordered two $2.00 Tuesday specials. The chicken was way overcooked, to the point that the skin was like chewing leather. Instead of being a golden brown it was more like the color of dark chocolate. Had this same thing happen when I was there about a year ago. Will not be back. Will get Mary Brown's from now on.

I ordered on line. Was to be delivered to my back door as I have a basement apartment. It was said to be arriving at 710. At 730 I called and I was told it had been picked up awail ago and was still on route according to the store. So I went outside to find it nextdoor and who knows how long it was there for. I got no notifications that it was delivered. It was cold by this point and we didn't get our drinks. All I was offered was a small popcorn chicken. Screw that. I asked for a refund and got no response. Unbelievable. Never again
So I returned for credit as the last time I came to this location it was super bad. The customer service manager who was nice told me it will be better. Well she was wrong staff is still rude and filled with all kinds of attitude. The chicken is so small why would people spend so much money on it. Not worth the money at all and this location is the worst customer service!!!

I generally don't like leaving bad reviews but this place is total chaos!!! Terrible service to serve, plus everyone shouts very loudly, the chicken is laughable, it's a robbery, the preys are tiny, I'm going to upload a photo of a piece of chicken, it's the size of an egg, also refried foods, they only give you tomato sauce , the others charge you!!!!! customer service is terrible!!! In short, he has eaten in many KFCs in various countries and this has been the worst experience!!! I don't recommend the place at all!!! If you have the opportunity to go there, it is better to continue a little further along to Burguer King or Macdonalds.

Ordered delivery from this KFC online through KFC’s website at 7:00pm, food showed up 2 hours later at 9pm, checked order contents missing half the order. Called the store and was taken through a rigamarole that we’d have to go pick up the remaining items, demanded that it wasn’t our mistake and to either refund us for the missing items or send another driver out. They opted for sending another driver out. It is now 10:30pm and no sign of a driver. Absolutely garbage customer service, absolutely garbage QA skills and absolutely garbage that KFC corporate would allow this location to continue to operate based on the amount of negative reviews. Spend your money elsewhere.Edit, we never did receive the rest of our order

This is the first time we bought our Bucket of Chicken at the Bayfield KFC since it has re-opened. The store was full of School Kids, but the staff focused on getting our bucket ready. We took it home North of Parry Sound for our dinner. The Chicken was great and all a good size. Not greasy at all. Looking forward to grabbing another bucket here the next time we are in Barrie.
