Had the extra crispie chicken last night for dinner. We haven't had KFC in years & we were looking forward to it. Taste, less than 0 stars. Oil is old & desperately needs to be changed. Macaroni salad, same as before. Fries had been sitting there for a bit. One positive take away, the young lady who took the the order was very pleasant & she was hustling & helping out after taking the orders from the few of us in the restaurant.

Rude staff, laughing over the phone. Cancelling orders and telling me "we aren't accepting Skip orders today, I am understaffed." And hung up.Tried again years later (new review)Rude staff, watery gravy, wet bland chicken and I also took the time to complete their in-store survey for free popcorn chicken, they then told me it isn't free and that I have to pay even though I just spent $30 and completed the surveyIt's a scam and horrible store.

Don't bother with the drive through. The other day it took nearly 20 minutes to get to the window. Their were 3 cars including mine. They didn't make my food until I was at the window so I had to wait another 5 or so. They forgot half of the ingredients on my sandwich and I was late getting back from my 30 minute break.

Watching the staff eat handfuls of fries while they were packing orders was major ick for us. We made the mistake of eating here and the bucket of chicken was burned. When we showed the staff they offered to remake it. Gross.

I love KFC, but this location has the smallest chicken pieces you can ever order. 1 thigh cut in half is considered 2 pieces. It's worth paying a premium at Church's Chicken across the street to actually get a decent size chicken piece that is worth it.

I ordered the famous chicken chicken sandwich and paid for that but instead they gave me a thin zinger burger and said that the only difference was the lettuce in it whereas I know the size of the chicken was also a difference since I paid $5 more.The place is mismanaged and I got my order after 15 minutes and that too a wrong one. This was my first and last time visiting this place. Worst experience till date.

Ordered online and food was not ready when it was supposed to be, so had to wait and thats not a big deal, but after spending over $100. On 2 10 piece festive feasts and getting home only to find out they ripped me off by shorting my order 1 large fry and the chicken was not very good like you expect from kfc. I know i will not be back.

Had a 2 pc combo with fries supreme, total was $13, a joke, a drum stick and 1/2 breast only, fries were brutal, a clump of ground beef, barely any cheese sauce, sour cream or tomatoes. Didn't even finish the fries. Definitely will not be going back...ever. I should have taken a photo!
