The employees here work hard to make the best of the location they’re at. The amount of abuse hurled at the employees here by customers and passerby’s is saddening, and I commend them for providing kind service nontheless. The food is average McDonald’s food, so my expectations are satisfied.I come here more often than I admit, and working in downtown Barrie is not for the faint of heart. It costs $0 to be nice to service workers xoxo

Only reason to leave 5 stars is because of their new employee shan, I had the pleasure of being served by him and for his first shift I must say he was outstanding. Be proud to have an employee that shows he likes to work and has a friendly demeanor because the rest of the staff here don't.

Hello. Burger was good but I’m out here in the parking lot and I noticed that your sign out front is spelt incorrectly. The word “tagged” is spelt as “taged” which I believe could give Lee way to miscommunication. I suggest you fix this as soon as possible. If I return and this isn’t fixed, my review will go down to three stars and I will tell my friends, family, wife’s boyfriend, aquatainces and many others to do the same. Drive thru was fast. My smoothie is good. Nuggets were dry and tasted like cardboard. Fries are unsalted and lukewarm. Not enough honey in one tub for the dry nuggets let alone for the fries so I couldn't eat them since you stopped putting ketchup in the bag. Should at least offer. Too much money spent on sub par disappointing food.

Absolutely horrendous customer service and food quality. It's very clear why you have a 3.2 rating.Tried to order the $5.79 mcdouble meal at the drive through. The person taking my order had no idea what I was talking about, tried to tell me they don't have it... they have a Mcmuffin option.. they can't sell a double cheeseburger meal for $5.79 etc etc etc.She finally got it, and ordered it, however when we got it they were both single Patty cheeseburgers, dry AF with no condiments on them. The receipt shows she charged correctly for 2 mcdouble meals, so apparently not only do the staff here not know the menu, the kitchen staff don't know how to make it either.Also ordered 2 cokes and a root beer, got 2 sprites and a coke. Drinks were also large instead of small. ?♂️?♂️?♂️Waste of time and money.Manager, I've attached a pic so you you can show your staff what your menu is and how its supposed to be made.Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

The McDonald's is just full of most people that are on drugs and the food doesn't taste fresh and it tastes stale and the customers service was okay but hearing them talk and everything needs to be improved is a little inappropriate wouldn't recommend children to be there and don't feel safe being there

An 'unhoused' person relived themselves on the sidewalk out front and I just left. The store could be okay if it weren't a den for the 'unhoused'.
No quality control.... waited 10 mins for a burnt bagel that just ended up on the sude of the freeway.

Ordered a large coffee with one cream and one sugar. It was incredibly watery when I got it. There must have been something wrong with the brew. I asked for a new one and the lady told me it was watery because I got one cream and sugar... Ma'am, no.

This place has quite literally never gotten a single order right. Every single time, I've been overcharged, given the wrong items, and waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. I will not go back, I'd rather skip my lunch break because at least then, I get what I paid for.
