My coworkers and I often come here on our lunch. The service is always HORRENDOUS. Every single person we interact with is horribly rude, condescending, and acts as though us ordering food is a huge inconvenience. Customer service skills need major improvement. Whoever was taking orders in the drive thru today at 1145am needs to reassess if she likes her job and enjoys serving customers. The only nice person was a younger gentleman working window 2.3 of us frequently pre order on the app and go through the drive thru together. This has never been a problem. I understand there is a limit of 2 orders per car - but this seems a little ridiculous for mobile orders as the time at the speaker and windows is limited. If it it not allowed, ensure all staff are on the same page. No need to make the customer feel as though they are in the wrong simply because you are incapable of multitasking with only 2 cars in the drive thru.

I have had so many issues here. I just had a Mobil order that they forgot an item, and the manager or supervisor Chanel was argumentative and down right rude. She tried to tell me I did not order it when it was clearly in my receipt and I clearly paid for it. Eventually got my item, but this was one time too many of them screwing things up. That being said, it’s a McDonald’s so hopes aren’t high.
