Cold fries. Drive through staff needs training. Check your receipt - They purposely charge you for individual items when you order a combo so you have to pay more. And they “can’t correct it” Choose a different location!

This mcdonalds is always so busy. If you go here just order off the app and have curb side pickup because you will be in the drive thru for 20minutes and then be asked to wait in a spot for your order. Always check your order before you leave because they usually forget the side. Its happend several times where they forgot our poutine. They really should make another location close by to alleviate the traffic

I order a double. I pay for a double. It's in the double container with the double tab pulled.Single patty!! Every time!!How hard is it to put a double patty on the bun? Why even have double on the menu when you only ever give singles?

They're very quick and always correct their mistakes when they rarely make one in my experience. 5 stars when compared to other McDonald's.

Am not sure if it was Mgr or not but I asked for extra habanero sauce she said you need to pay next time.. I said forget it since am sure they didn’t put extra habanero sauce on my burgers..Second I asked for 6 spicy nuggets they gave only 5 nuggets… it’s a busy one but service wise not a great one and cleanliness is very poor..Would not prefer to go again and avoid if ur in a rush to this placeAdded to it no ketchup packets or paper napkins put in the bag…Fries are given.. tasted like some old stock and lifeless

Well they did it again. I ordered the new Maple BBQ Bacon and not only did they replace it with a Big Mac but it was missing the Big Mac sauce and lettuce. I didn't realize how disappointing a Big Mac is without the sauce. Of course it's a drive thru order so how can I check the sandwich before I get home. Am I supposed to open each of my families sandwiches to verify each one is correct. This happens all the time here. It's tiring.

I have to Come all the way from Toronto all the time from now to get The Best Mcd Poutine I ever had. Thanks McDonalds Team of evening shift. Super professional and friendly staff.
The fries were disgustingly greasy and completely inedible. Even the seagulls wouldn’t touch them. These pictures were taken as soon as I opened the bag (no fries were removed yet and there were no extra fries that had fallen out), where’s the rest?

Manager is very rude, 2:33am only car in the DT. Waited 15 minutes in spot #1. Reg meat doesn’t take 15 min too cook lol…. Next time I will not be moving forward.
