What a find!! It's hard to find a restaurant these days that has good food, decent service and reasonable prices, and this restaurant just hit it out of the park. I took my mum to dinner for her birthday and it was utterly fabulous!Ryan (our main server) really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He really went above and beyond to make my mum feel special. He was easily able to accommodate our dietary issues (I get that 2 people with allergies/intolerances can be a PITA) with graciousness and patience. He knew it was her birthday and brought us some complimentary Prosecco, it was incredibly thoughtful and kind. It really added an extra lovely touch to an already great night. In fact, every staff member I dealt with was friendly and super competent, an increasingly rare combination these days....And the food!! The food was so delicious I forgot to take photos. We had calamari fritti, steak salads, and dessert - and everything was perfect. I'd describe the menu as "approachable, perfectly executed familiar favourites" - no snobby tweezer foods or ridiculous plating, just straight-up flavour without the pretense. Literally, the 'worst' thing I could say is that I found the room a bit loud - but that's what happens in a full restaurant on a Friday night!I will absolutely be back, and would happily recommend this as a great place for a date, special occasion or even just a casual dinner with friends.Vegetarian options: There were a bunch of options to choose fromDietary restrictions: Was able to accommodate gluten intolerance, shellfish allergies etc.

Where do we begin, our family has been coming to Michael & Marion’s & the side door for over 3 decades ! Always wonderful service , atmosphere , and some very neat live entertainment !Kent , & his wonderful wife have been apart of my kids lives as well from graduation , birthday milestones , anniversaries , and special holidays . When my husband suddenly passed away in 2022 Kent was messaging to make sure Nick , MAdi and I were coping alright ! He not only listened to my pain, he also prepared charcuterie boards for my husbands graveside ceremony .We recently visited for my late husbands birthday Taylor was fantastic and served a great lunch, fast service , hot and well portioned food with a private area for my husbands mother and his sisters . We didn’t feel rushed and were able to toast to a wonderful human being !Thank you doesn’t seem enough for being in the darkest. Of my dark , we will be back in June for nicks graduation party !! Well done mr & mrs smith, and your fanatastic staff ! The mooney family love you beyond the stars ⭐️⭐️?❤️?

By far our favorite restaurant in Barrie! The atmosphere and vibe is always perfect for any occasion from date night, girls night, casual night watching live music or a celebration. Try the calamari, it’s a classic staple on the menu. The Burrata so delish that I don’t like to share. The service is always on point and welcoming.
