The first time I ate here was unexpectedly delicious. I ordered the Cambodian jungle curry at medium heat level which burnt me up good but should have been labeled extra hot. My family could not eat the meal.( I eat scotch bonnets often)I was excited to try another dish given the big flavors and ordered the so called "Spicy peanut noodles" at medium heat. There was absolutely no heat to the dish, all that was coming through was the salty fish sauce that needed more balance. If there was a bit of "spicy", it definitely would have made the dish more enjoyable.The 3 stars is for the inconsistency in the cooks care or training.
On Sunday my partner and I ordered from noodlebox via Uber eats. We got totally different dishes: one was a Yangzhou box and the other was a gluten-free spicy peanut box. Not only is the food mediocre, but by Monday night we were both up with chills, fever, throwing up and completely unwell. It is either food poisoning or someone at noodlebox is sick and doesn't wash their hands. Avoid avoid avoid!

This is the worst customer service I had ever experienced for any food related establishment.The cashier is so rude and has absolutely zero knowledge on how to serve people and lacking basic communication skills.We wanted to try out this place,totally regretting stepping into here.Spend $40 for 2 boxes and what we got is lots of attitude and mediocre food.Never again ?

Noodle box. We love your food. And will definately be back. But when I asked for some green onion in a container I would appreciate if your employee would use a spoon or gloves - not their fingers. Reaching into the green onions when you’re the cashier- I can’t imagine her hands are clean ???. Please don’t let that happen

Came here for lunch while in Park Place and the food was amazing! Large portions, made fresh, no complaints! While it did take time to get our food it was definitely not unreasonable. Will be back again!
Went here for the first time yesterday and won't be going back. Food took a long time getting to the table with just two orders ahead of us. Asked for mild spice and my husband found it was far hotter than he expected. Very little chicken in either of our meals. Food was hot which was nice, but uninteresting flavors. Two noodle bowls and a bottle of water with a 10% tip was over $37. Overall disappointing and very expensive for what we had.

I ordered from here once and had an issue with the order I placed. Within 2 days the store manager reached out offering to correct the error in my order and provided me with a meal in replacement. I have never seen such outstanding customer service in the food industry in Barrie. Noodle box is worth every dollar. If you havent already check this place out Thank you!!

Infuriatingly slow. It took them over 45 minutes for them to make my order and there was only 2 people in front of me.When I asked them what was taking so long, she said that is the normal speed for the franchise.For the money and the quality of food, would be best to go somewhere else.

Maybe the cook should be re-teach food handling techniques and not contaminating food. We saw with our own eyes how he touches his face, scratch his beard and head then touches the food after. This is unacceptable. You will make people sick. Please wash your hands when you touch you face before continuing with cooking!
