Came here tonight and Lori was beyond disgusting, her demeanour, her attitude and her customer service was despicable. Food was also bad. What a horrid experience.

Very disappointed in the Falafel! They are smaller and all the ingredients are now chopped in little pieces! They no longer have Tabouli or green olives! Or Parsley! What kind of Mediterranean Restaurant doesn’thave Tabouli or parsley and chops the ingredients to go further I guess?!! I paid $15.00 for a large wrap! That’s it for me! I’m never going to order from Osmows again!?

Never again. Wife had hair in the food. No refund simply laughed it off and offered the same dish for replacement. I order food again 4 months later. Hair in the food again. Literally, you can never eat this food ever again.

Noone cares if waiting for them. No gloves they are touching food with bare hands which they rubbing with apron
Osmows is a fantastic restaurant. I don't get food from there much but they always have a nice clean space, give great service, and make great food.

Not real shawarma but it tastes ok. It works when I am in a rush. I don't like the way they carve the chicken off the spit and throw it on the flat top. Then they douse it with tons of water and fry it to speed up the cook. It tastes like boiled chicken and has a rubber texture. Other shawarma places follow a similar process, but they don't soak the chicken with water which help maintain the flavour.
