Spent $70 on pizza. While waiting for my order to be completed, needed to use the washroom. Public washroom was out of order for some reason, but the manager absolutely refused to let a paying customer use the staff washroom instead. Terrible way to treat a customer. Back to Domino’s for me!

This has been one of the most awsome experiences regarding custumer service from a food local store in Barrie, I am totally Flabbergasted concerning the positive way to solve from Tim Coburn general manager in Bell Farm Ave. Papa John's in Barrie. Amazing service , and thanks to him now I can give 10 stars, not only in custumer service, also, in Pizza flavor, taste and quality .What a incredible experience, stand up ovation to this great place, now this pizzas are our favorites, try the garlic crusty dough with Italian sausage, Philly steak, bacon and don't forget the jalapeños, or just try any from the Menu. Yummyyyyy.

Some of the tastiest pizza in the area! I’ve never had a bad pizza from here, and they always meet the high quality and taste expectations that I have for them. The employees are super nice and always happy to help. The menu is a bit pricey but is certainly worth paying for! They have lots of different pizzas to please everyone. I would recommend their super Hawaiian if you like pineapple, or the Works pizza which comes with just about every topping! Delicious!

Tried out Papa Johns for the first time last night. I received the best customer service ever! From Courtney. I was advised on all specials and treated above and beyond by Courtney. The new york with cheese and pepperoni pizza had quality toppings with so much flavor amazing. To add more flavor by using their own real garlic sauce. ?By far best tasting pizza we have had to date. We will be returning ?

I use the app to order which works good for ordering. But when it said it was ready, went to the store. And they said it was still in the oven. It'd still be another 5 minutes. Can't go by what the apps tells you when it's ready.
