Great bite to eat the guys who served us were awesome right from the cash to handing us our pitas with a smile. And I must add it was the best pita I’ve had in awhile didn’t even fall apart and it was not even sloppy. We’ll be going back. Good job guys!!!

Team on duty with Chloe needs some serious training. Broom touched requires hands wash before preparing food. If one steps in to help other employee, needs to verify client’s order before preparing it. If client wants grilled veggies and meat that means grilled. Not pretending. Long story short, awful service with 10 mistakes. Waste of time and upsetting. Hope the manager will do something about it. I can provide all details if needed.

Was tould other day that they diliver just no driver at moment then I call in a couple days later and they say we don't deliver that's horrible staff service u should change your web site to no delivery

Extremely unfriendly staff. Their generosity finished with the lettuce. Their intension is clearly to fill pita pocket with the lettuce and a touch of everything else. My guess is that employees are instructed/trained to nickel and dime all but lettuce, they literally just touch tomatoes and cucumbers and whatever sticks to their glove, is what goes into your pita. And if you dare to ask for more, you get dirty look. Bad service, bad atmosphere, mediocre pita. If owner wants to stay in business and have happy clients, need to give second thought. Also train your staff to be friendly, to smile and to treat nicely those who are there not to bug you but to leave their money. With service going down the road may not be for very long

My wife and I had just got back from Florida, Saturday, November 4th and decided on Pita Pit that evening. There were two guys working the front and they were gems. Both offered us good suggestions when deciding what to order and helped us make awesome pitas. They had a good vibe you don’t often see in the industry so I thought it should be mentioned.

Been here a few times and it's been great every time. Enough staff that you don't have to wait and they're friendly as well! We love going and always comment on how fresh the food always is and why we don't remember to go more often.

We were passing through on our way from Sudbury and stopped in for lunch. The staff were super friendly and super helpful and made recommendations based on our pita choices. Excellent customer service and experience!!
I love falafel wraps here it's the bestVegetarian options: Falafel is very tasty with those veggies ND sauce the wraps r real yummy.. I loved falafel wraps a lot

I wanna start by saying I did try and call but no one answered.Yesterday I ordered a couple chicken bacon pitas on Uber eats from this location. Not only was there various toppings we didn’t order, but when I went to have my left overs I took a bite and sure enough chomped down on a BONE. Not sure how this happens, very scary and unsettling. Now my sister won’t eat her leftovers because she’s worried. Just wanted to warn this location so they can look into this.

2023 Summer: 5/5-Food was nice (toppings were fresh, love the fact that they have fresh pineapple). Service was fine, fast, and friendly. Restaurant itself was clean and fine, nothing fancy but I rarely eat in a fast food place anyhow. No complaints.Parking: Not that many spots out front...lot is next to the sidewalk and the curb of Bayfield street so you have to plan your exit onto the street...exit points from the lot to Bayfield are MUCH higher up than Bayfield itself so if you have a low rider type vehicle you will be scratching your front under carriage no matter how slowly you entered the roadway...
