Thank you to the woman working on the cash for your speedy, friendly service. Please don’t let it go unnoticed. My 3 star rating is because of the man working in the back who talks down to employees in front of a line up of customers, I’ve seen it happen twice now.

Staff was behaving very aggressively and spoiled my whole day. I visited today around 1:45pm. He doesn’t know how to speak with their customers. I sad that i will not ordering pizza from your location anymore and he was like “it doesn’t matter me”. There was only one staff member.

WORST EXPERIENCE !!! I visited on Friday(Today) at 1:20pm. There was a single worker and behaving very rudely. I don’t think the guy worth for this position. 2nd time i am facing this problem with the same guy. In future i will not order from this location and i will recommend to others also that do not order pizza from this location.

On a recent visit to this particular restaurant, I felt dissatisfied and disappointed, especially due to an unfortunate encounter with one of the employees. The owner himself I interacted with displayed a level of arrogance that greatly affected my experience.From the moment I walked in, I felt disgusted by the attitude of the manager/owner . When I asked for help, I was met with condescension and felt unwelcome. His lack of patience and unwillingness to address concerns ruined what could have been an great experience . Customer satisfaction is paramount in the service industry, and unfortunately this manager/owner did not meet those expectations. A sour taste left by an arrogant management overshadowed the whole experience.I literally went through the previous reviews of the customers and can tell that this management needs an actual change. PIZZA PIZZA is actually putting dirt on their well known named by giving franchises to such people.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

WORST IN TOWN! Very sad to see the way they treat their customers with disrespect and disgraceful way! People working here need’s to be RE-TRAINED. My experience was really upsetting with this particular location! The arrogance displayed in the tone of the employees or owner is very disgraceful. I was there a couple of days ago to pick up my order, idk if this particular person was employee or the owner but the way he talked to the delivery guys was very disrespectful! This incident made my experience way worse seeing the way this restaurant treats their customer. The staff is so negative this restaurant needs to be treated under new management.

The owner is very unpleasant, and my children are too afraid of him to go in by themselves anymore, which is a great shame It wasn't our mistake..and he didn't like that, so swearing at us when we were solid, customers for eight years..very dissatisfied.Dietary restrictions: Why did you get rid of goat cheese pizza pizza? So sad....Kid-friendliness: I've already stated that I have three kids who are scared to enter this establishment now due to a communication problem and got the wrong toppings, which I didn't even ask for..not sure if I got someone else order, but to have a temper tantrum and swear at people over it seems a bit over the top if you ask me. My poor babies.Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap door doesn't work. In fact for years it hasn't worked ? ? my service dog got crushed!

The guys were polite & nice, place was clean but empty. The service was pretty good. Bathroom had no toilet paper & when I told the guy, he replace asap. No complaints.
