We ordered two large 2 topping pizzas and they were extremely poor quality. We used their scheduled pick up service about an hour before we would pick it up, and I feel like they didn’t take the pick up time into consideration because when we picked the order up the pizza was cold and stale as though they made it as soon as they received the order request. The cheese was hard, pepperoni was dry, and there was no warmth from the box like you usually see with fresh made pizza. Reminded me very much of a frozen pizza. Really disappointed won’t be ordering from them again.

Such a bad service . Its our second time we visit there still the same service. Well the owner or manager whoever was there was really nice but the two girls really made us uncomfortable . We really dont know the reason was me and my friend of laughing or something else. We were stranged for one moment and we thought we are the reason but whatever who behaved like this in front of customers???? We also work, we also serve customers but we laugh with them not on them. You guys really need to improve your customer service especially those two girls.Kid-friendliness: This place is clean and tiddy and seemed kid friendly.

The pizza dough is moldy...just noticed that as the crust came apart while reheating also the suspicious taste was there yesterday as it was freshly made.

We love the pizza here, I only have 2 minor complaints. The first being crossover toppings..that is finding pieces of toppings on your pizza you didn't order. Just ruins the experience finding a odd piece of pineapple or onion when you don't expect it. The second the contactless delivery. I chose it every time and every time the guy waits at the door to hand you your pizza. Why have the option if you don't follow through?!

Picked my on-line order up, and realized when I got home, that my pizza was not what I had ordered. I called customer service, and they had the correct pizza delivered to me at no charge. Everyone makes a mistake from time to time, but this Barrie location fixed the problem quickly, and the delivery driver appologized for the error.Great customer service at the location.Thank you.
went with 2 friends and both were served no problem but when it was my turn and i approached the counter the lady working turned her back and walked away. only when both people i was with had their food did she ask if i wanted anything. was not interested in waiting any longer when we were the only ones in

The pizza was delivered in a good time but the driver forgot the drinks. Tried to hail his attention before leaving but failed. Call Customer service who answer in mins. The store is 2.7 km away But had to wait 47 mins for the drink only to be called to walk to the drivers car to receive the drinks.? Poorly
