Terrible greasy chicken. Asked for an eight piece bucket. They told us the distribution of white and dark. Got home to find 1 white piece and 7 drumsticks, not even 1 breast. I will never go to Popeyes again, never mind just this restaurant. 30 bucks for disgusting drumsticks.
The star rating of 1 should be minus 100!! Absolutely disgusting! Order wings, signature hot. They had literally 3 drops of hot sauce & out of 6, 4 were undercooked. This was the last time I'll ever go to this restaurant or Popeyes!!! I am still waiting for the corporate office to get back to me. A formal complaint was filed.

Good Food, Terrible service. For the past two days ive went to the Mapleview location to get dinner, both days have been a disappointment. From taking my order to receiving it.The first day, for the 18$ new honey garlic wings as a platter. I asked for fries and onion rings, get home and low and behold I received exactly four onion rings. The wings themselves are also tiny, which is expected but for 18$ you'd think you could get more then 6 tiny wings. The flavor was good, spicy but they are tiny.Second day, wrong order. This was today, I ordered 8pc nugget platter, and both sides to be fries. Instead I got one side of fries and coleslaw. Not to mention the box had been thrown together and opened in the bag, leaving everything to fall out on the ride.Look, i understand thats not a lot to complain about, but if im paying 18$ one day and 17$ the next, you'd hope they'd get the order right. This isn't the first time this has happened, if you want the correct order and decent chicken with a good value, go to Mary Browns, or another popeyes, this one, frankly, sucks.
