It was really cool, I just tried the restaurant first time and spun the wheel and got a small pouting after I just ordered a large I'm happy with my service and the employees were kind overall good time for me :)

I took my family that came for a visit to this place and i talked so highly about this place to them because i wanted them to try the “authentic poutine”. The guy who served us was on the phone the whole time which is totally fine but this food is disgusting we couldnt eat it at all and i was so embarrassed and disappointed because that was their first experience! The fries are burnt out and too soggy and we literally wasted our money which is fine. But to give this to people to eat is totally unacceptable. I even called back to tell him that and he didnt pick up. So disappointed i wont ever recommend it

I’ve been to this place twice and the food tasted pretty much good but today I ordered poutine and onion rings online and both were terrible. Poutine was overcooked and onion rings were literally burnt. It was so bitter in taste. Just because we did not go there physically, it doesn’t mean you should give us whatever you want. We spent our money which got wasted.
It's not awesome . I have ordered onion rings and poutine, the onion rings are over cooked and poutine too. We have called, messaged them for refund but no reply. We wasted our money.

I’ve been coming here for years and service and quality had been declining. Since about 6 months ago (July 2023) it has really come back by way of service and quality.Price wise it is on par with most places and portion sizes are fine.Keep up the effort.Still miss the peppercorn gravy though!
