Burger was great, ordered the mushroom and swiss. My salad however…. I ordered the side cesear as part of my combo and half of it was croutons, I’m not even joking. Kinda disappointed as a salad is supposed to just have a few.

Stopped in for the first time as I had heard they had good food.. that was wrong they have great food. Ordered a Burger and decided to choose my own toppings although some of there signature burgers looked amazing. I chose the cajan onions as one of my toppings along with their garlic mayo .. what great flavour.

I would give negative stars if I could. My family has eaten here and got take out multiple times and had food delivered. This time the food was horrible and not how we ordered it. 2 large poutines were ordered. Did we get them, no we got 2 large fries that were only halfway cooked. Also ordered a bacon cheddar hotdog combo. The hotdog was black it was so burnt and it was dry and tasteless and inedible. My son ordered this through Uber eats and spent $45.00 for garbage. Not impressed at all. Unsure if we will ever eat there again.

John is the best! We placed an order through Skipthedishes, and he took the time to call and make sure we didn't have a gluten allergy (since we requested a gluten friendly bun) as the burger we ordered came with battered rings. So thoughtful! Couldn't recommend them more.

Haven't been back in 4 years. One bite and I wondered what on earth ever stopped me. Disappointed that the onions are no longer marinaded in maple syrup. It is now a family bbq staple but we can never make a burger as good as you guys. Thanks

Ordered a vanilla milkshake, 2 Nacho burgers, a regular poutine and the veggie poutine.Vanilla milkshake — like some other reviewers said, the consistency was slightly thicker than milk— definitely not the consistency expected from a milkshake.Burgers - both of the Nacho burgers were extremely dry. To the point where I didn’t even finish mine because it was too dry to chew through.Poutine - taste was okay but the small amount of gravy and cheese only sat on the top of the fries, leaving a bed of fries at the bottom.Overall really disappointed with South St Burger and probably won’t ever eat here again.

The staff are friendly, the food is great, sometimes takes some time but worth the wait for a good burger.Although the manager is extremely rude to his own staff, I had to tell him to be nicer to his own staff before I left because it was pretty disgusting how he treated a teenager working the grill, fries, & line by herself.
