The one lady that’s short with dark hair… she’s rude. I’m always very polite. But everyday she purposely makes me wait 10-15 mins before even asking what I want.. then she charges me $10.50 for the same 6inch sub that I get at another location for $8.

The girl working there is so ride and don't want to work properly. She told me that the griller is not working and then when I said ok fine then I might have to cancel it, all of a sudden it start working. She even denied to give me a glass for water just because I made her to gril.For the manager today is Friday 20th oct time is 21:55After that she refused to give me the redund as well. The manager name "jinalbhai" I guess not sure.

I usually don’t do negative reviews but this was exceptionally bad.I got sick from the sub I bought there not even an hour after and had to take a full day off after to recover. I got a 6” meatballer sub, I have a suspicion the danger zones/ temperatures weren’t kept an eye on or was past it’s replace time as it was later in the day.The worker preparing my food also didn’t switch gloves between my order and the persons order before mine (including to put my cookies in the bag) which also could have contributed to it.This is the first location I’ve had an issue and love the Essa road one, but I am definitely not coming back to this location food safety is a must.

There's a young man at this location named Paar (spelling?) Who makes an amazing sandwich. Everytime. If everyone at this location made sandwiches like Paar, it would be an easy 5 star.

Honestly this is the worst subway i ever had. Not enough veggies and very little sauces.Ordered 2 foot long & wasted it. Terrible experience

Service was great which earned a star but the sub tasted stale & rubbery. Not sure what happened but I use to like this location a few years ago.

First, I fully admit to my own mistakes during my transaction but the way it was handled was extremely disappointing. I went in to purchase three subs with two being the meatball. This typically comes with the white cheese, however, due to personal issues I don't have the best memory and I rely on the staff and always ask "for whatever usually comes on it".This time, I was told that it was the yellow cheese (and I even clarified twice) and even with my own hesitance I trusted the staff. They were wrong. I did not leave the store so I went back up and said "It was supposed to be white". I ended up buying a fourth sub as I wasn't about to let my Nan starve. If you're unsure, someone who's disabled and relies of staff, please pick another store. I'm now out $40 with no dinner for myself.

2022 July: 5/5-friendly, clean restaurant, food was good...could be more efficient but just a very minor issue with this (server looked like he was new so no true concerns just needs to be trained better that is all)...
Terrible experience getting a mobile order. A mistake was made with the order, no apology, and definitely not an appropriate compensate. No regard for a customer’s wasted time and emotions. Shame on the supervisor for being arrogant and unwilling to compensate for making errors.

I've ate at this location several times, but have found in the last year the bread is always stale, the store is under staffed, and as I found out today they no longer offer parmesan cheese !
