I went in to this subway today and there were two employees, male and female. The female employee called me up to the cash register when I was standing at the front of the line to order and asked me what I would like to order. I walked towards her and said I’m looking for a jerk-chicken rice bowl. She was visibly annoyed that I started walking towards her and told me to go stand on the other side of the line, even though she called me over to the cash register to ask me my order. I walked back over to the ordering station and then she asked me again what I wanted to order. I noticed she seemed quite unhappy so I asked how her day was going and if they had a busy rush. She looks around the restaurant, there were about 2 people sitting and eating. She then looks back at me and rolls her eyes saying “yes as you can see we are clearly busy”. I started to laugh thinking she was joking but she didn’t even crack a smile and walked back to the walk-in. I looked at the other employee and told him to cancel my order because I didn’t like her attitude. I would much rather eat somewhere that the staff is happier. Anyways, I don’t usually post reviews but if I was the owner - I would want to know if my staff was acting that poorly in the absence of my presence. Who knows how many other customers have walked out because of her attitude.

The workers here do not change their gloves after handling cash, and god knows what else... they just keep wearing the same gloves for long periods of time. Really disgusting, I'm now concerned for my health after eating at this restaurant.

They workers here add stipulations to the coupons that are not printed on it, always they only have 1 person working for the lunch rush so don’t come if you’re in a hurry or hungry.

Went to this location today for lunch. When we entered, there was an employee sitting with his bare feet on a table where customers eat. When we told him that he should not have his bare feet on a table, he told us he had hurt his foot, as if it's now acceptable to have his bare feet on a table because of that. Disgusting.

Ordered from skip the dishes, they put the opposite toppings on my subs. Then skip the dishes refused to refund

went to get subs, paid after subs were put into oven. Transaction goes through and I think nothing of it. Finish up subs and the guy behind the counter says I my card was declined. I look at my phone as it says it went through and ask to see the transaction reciept that should say declined. Guy said reciept machine is off. I tell the person I need evidence that my card declined as on my phone it says it went through. Guy just says it declined. After a bit of back and forth guy hands me my subs and I leave. If you get a sub from here make sure to check your bank to see if it went through.

Server did not change gloves after handling another customers cash, he then made my sub not too pleased with this, this happened 6:30 pm Jan 11 2023.
