I placed a order online for pickup that went through and was charged even though the restaurant was closed when it was supposed to be open till 9 pm when my pickup was for 7 55 pm.

I ordered the BOGO from the subway app and no where did it say to pick two. So I called and they said they can’t cancel the order and they wouldn’t make an exception which they were really rude about I wouldn’t recommend eating there.

Terrible customer service! The fountain drink machine was out of order. I wanted a combo and they charged me extra for a bottled drink, even though the fountain drink machine was out of order. The extra charge should not be passed onto the customer because their machine is broken. The lady behind the counter was so rude and unhelpful. Will not be back again!

Employee was talking on her phone the whole time I was there. Most of the toppings were unavailable. She asked same questions over because she was not paying attention. And then I was prompted for a tip. When would a tip at a subway ever be appropriate? Never again to this location.

Worst subway in Barrie. Ordered online for pick up. My sun was burnt to a crisp and instead of letting me know so I could wait for another one, they wrapped it up before I got there so I didn’t see until I got home. When you’re spending $15 for a sub, this is not OK.

Sandwich was poorly made . Went to pay the machine was down .. waited around while my baby was crying finally said I have to go ... the whole ordeal took 30 mins... the sandwiches were ice cold. Overall subway has dropped quality so much over the years but this will definately be my last subway sub very disappointed with the poor quality and change of recipie on the herb and cheese buns.

I TOLD HIM I DON’T WANT THAT AS IT CAN MAKE SOMEONE SICK? HE SAID FINE? SO, I GAVE IT A MONTH AND I JUST WENT BACK TO FIND NOTHING IS FIXED AND EVERYTHING IS STILL FREEZER BURNT? SO, DON’T EAT HERE UNLESS YOUR OK WITH GETTING SICK??? AND WOW!!! I’VE NEVER SEEN SO MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS THEN THIS PLACE???

One of worth hospitality services in Barrie, we ordered rises bowls and foot long. The size of bowl is half and rise is missing in the bowl. Please avoid to order in this store. It is waste of money.Vegetarian options: They called rise bowl and rise is missing in rose bowl.
