The staff are incapable of listening. Worst subway customer service in Barrie. Definitely wouldn’t return. All three subs were completely incorrect even after explaining multiple times. We ended up walking away with nothing close to what we had asked for just to get out of there and everyone fed.

Bought a foot long grilled chicken sub. Went home, took a bite, and it tasted like chemicals! Disgusting! Called the store to let them know. Asked for a refund and was told they don't do that. He wanted me to bring back the sub and he'd make me a new one. I have no problem returning the sub but I will never eat their food again! $14 down the drain!

We were two people order from subway. When we ask for dine in, the guy working there deny us and said we are closing in half an hour. It was 7:30pm. Way pf talking of that guy was so rough. It was really bad experience. He made us like we begging something or eating for free. Is this the way you will run business?

Tried to serve me moldy bread then when we called him out on it he ripped it off and wrapped it up. Had to confront him a second time to get him to make us a new one and he was super hostile. Then my other sub was cold even though it was toasted
