The service here is absolutely horrible. I ordered from Uber eats, and it was my mistake and misread my order so I called and clarified then go just be spoke to like an idiot and hung up on when all I needed was clarification on my order.

What a difference. Went in here yesterday and a man served me, he was amazing and my sub was made well, very friendly. Went back today because it was so good, and a girl was there named Shayna. Her attitude was poor, she seemed put out about making my sub. Definitely will not be revisiting if she is working.

I love all the employees at this location! The only problem is the food itself. Particularly the bread. Perhaps you should consider a dental benefit program? Buy 10 subs get a jaw replacement? No one likes stale multigrain!

Some series training is needed at this location. Was there today at 1115am and the girl put no care in making the sub. The first two inches didn't even have toppings. I had to ask 3 times to spread them out and point out half the sub doesn't have veggies on it. I eventually gave up and just let her finish. Painful. I won't be back to this location.

Went today to get a sub for lunch didn’t have the bread I wanted only whole-wheat available, asked for onions, no onion available, asked why she said we will have them tomorrow, asked for sub sauce, and the bottle was empty she disappeared into the back waited for her to return was just about ready to give up and leave and she finally returned. Horrible customer service will never return you lost a customer
