This place was my go to for coffee in the morning but for over a week now the scan to pay and rewards has been down. I get that it happens sometimes, but I have had to switch to another location because of this and it hasn't been fixed in so long! Every time I have to turn around and go somewhere else makes me not want to return. Also, they do not have a full menu here!

From 2019 to 2022 the staff at this locaton were the best! I use to visit here multiple times a day - got to the point they knew my voice! Outstanding customer service.I only know 1 person there now - and the new staff just don't have it! I went through at the beginning of the week, there was a sign posted that they could scan your rewards?!?!?! 6 days later - same thing. I went through this morning to grab coffee and the sign is still there. Hopefully they get that sorted before next week when roll up starts!I have now chosen another location as my daily stop as this place just isn't the same.

They have always been my go to coffee place. Great staff who work efficiently and makes your coffee just right.

Staff was extremely rude when I ordered a French Vanilla, she rolled her eyes at me and she burnt my bagel and I can't even eat it. Will never return here.

This place needs new management. I was going to this place for many years until made a complaint about a customer who was always soliciting after 9pm when a certain employee was working. I made this complaint because the customer was being rude towards customers talking over top over people as they made there order and she refused to move for anyone where people had to pick up their orders she would put her purse and bags on top of the counter and you would have to reach in front of her and she gave dirty looks if you ask her to move and have respect for customers and the business I asked Sydney if she could ask her to move and she replied by saying that she couldn't do nothing about it and I even talk to the manager, 3 months later I'm being told I was not welcome there ?(Esso owns the store) for arguing for the exact reason. You guys need to get the real facts (camera) instead of asking a employee that there friends with. If you read this Anne - Marie is the rude customer who thinks she owns the place.
