Just had my first bad experience at this Tim Hortons near my house in the 20 years I’ve been going here. Came through drive thru to get a double espresso, the lady on the speaker repeatedly saying “what” to me, even though I was speaking loud and clear. And have NEVER NOT ONCE had an issue not being heard in this drive thru. Get to the window, pull out my debit to use as tap as I usually do. It wouldn’t tap because the 20 extra layers of saran wrap on the debit machine. I use my tap every day and just used it 10 minutes before. I said to CLARICE the woman who was at the window and took my order through the speaker, that it was not working due to the Saran. She just kept saying no I’m pretty it’s not the issue. But kept shoving the machine in myFace instead of unwrapping some of the Saran so it could work or I could use my tap. She wouldn’t do anything to fix the problem so I found some change in my car. She was rude and dismissive the whole time. TERRIBLE service, this woman should not be handling any of the customer service.

This location has Rude staff who are not helpful at all.being told that I can go somewhere else is not what we want to hear.we ask for couple of Dounut and none of them were are available it the middle of the day? We ask what they did have and was given a list WTHThe Focus is on Drive thru only it seemsThe owner needs to get the staff in line

The last week I’ve tried my hardest not to post this but they have made mine and my friends coffees wrong all week and charge us for the extras we ask for but don’t give them to us. Going through drive thru I’ve had my coffee made wrong so many times, those at front counter always have coffees made right and with all extras asked for.

I wish I can put zero star too. I always order here in night time and they never have any donuts muffins or tim bits left. Always making excuses. Managers need to look on it. And after all of this they make a fun inside that I can look through drive through window. Its worse. This is the only place open 24hours so atleast ppl can expect that you should atleast have something. Maybe atleast good nature of talking to customer.

Absolutely atrocious service. Why do I keep running into to the same rude woman at every single location I visit? This older manly looking woman with a face full of piercings and always looking dirty and frumpy is disgusting. She walks straight from mopping a floor to handling food without washing her hands. Other locations I've visited and seen her she's always yelling at people. Such gross behavior. This person does not belong in the food or customer service industry. I won't visit this location again.

The drivethrew workers are a mess, rude, if you have any issue you have 6 people at the window, talking in another language, disrespectful and ignorant. Service is always messed up. Coming here for 15 years, this is gross, and the manager is the rudest. Thinks she owns the store. The owner, he does nothing. He has been talked to about the ignorant workers especially the manager.

I live near this Tim hortons and usually avoid it because of the service . I used to work at a Tim Hortons and currently work on retail I know good customer service . The past two times I’ve been to this location the lady at the front counter was extremely rude and her general attitude is just off putting like she doesn’t want to be there at all . Won’t be returning even tho it’s close to where I live I’ll stick to Starbucks from now on .

Unbelievable disrespect from the white woman wearing glasses behind the drive thru attendant on October 14th at 12:20pm. My wife was looking for the gift card tookMaybe 25 seconds the woman comes over behind the young lady serving us and says “let’s go.”My wife says “who me?” The woman says no I’m just looking at your kid not in her car seat.As we were parked at the window my 7 year old stood up to take her sweater off and leaned forward to say hello to the drive thru attendant.This woman perhaps a manager or lead team member needs some training on how to talk to people nevermind customers in general. Personal Opinions and judgements are not to be brought into a workplace and passed out to customers.My wife was very offended having heard this lady Implying we are negligent parents. We were simply parked and I said she could unbuckle to take off her sweater. Not driving around with a child without a seatbelt.Very rude and disrespectful.
