I am disappointed with the way they just ignore customers standing at the store front. Some of them see the customers and completely ignore, I was on my break,Came to the this Tim hortons and they wasted half of my break just making me wait for 10 min just to take my order.there was only 2 customers standing including me. 2 of the employees saw me and ignored me as if customers at the front is not important.just for a bagel I waited almost 10 min.
Late Nov, 2022 sunny, warm weekend at Barrie View. Strange things happen again with the Tim app with Offer of cravable sandwich activated but not carried in menu. Therefore none is enjoyed but usual lunch !!?

The employee were not focused at all we had to go through the drive thru 3 times. They had really bad attitude. One of the employees double cupped one our drink and didn’t put the lid on properly and when my friend try to drink he’s coffee it burned his hand and leg.
