ordered a bagel, and watched an employee drop the bottom of my bagel on the floor and pick it up and wrap it up and attempt to hand it to me. I always pay attention luckily. Caught on camera and everything. supervisor gave me a 10$ gift card.

Absolutely sick and tired of this locations. Beyond garbage food!! I have been using this location for years and it just keeps getting worse. Spend over $40 for breakfast for the family and i was missing 2 hashbrowns, no bacon on any of my sandwiches and the coffee was burnt and not made right. Tired of calling the store about my orders and service. I receive nothing but attitude like it’s my fault. Doesn’t matter if it’s during the week or weekends. Absolutely horrible service. Please do not waste your money or time going to this location.

Management needs to do better. I just waiting 15 min for a wrap. 1 wrap nothing else no drink no more food a wrap that takes literally 2 min or less to make. But here's what the issue was. The place was slammed and there was only one person on sandwich bar for the front and the drive thru when there's supposed to be one for drive thru and one for front of house. So I asked to speak to management and nicely told her how unacceptable waiting that long is. Her response is we are understaffed, well then I asked what it was that she was doing that was so important why she couldn't come to the front and step it up and help her response was nothing. I proceeded to let her know that she doesnt need to be out front all the time I understand there's more to being a manager then helping out the front but when it's busy step it up help your staff. I'm sorry but for less then $17 bucks and hour and the way these places treat their staff it's no wonder they are understaffed. Poor girl on the sandwich bar looked like she was gonna pass out from exhaustion because no one was helping her. I'm a business owner and the way these places treat their staff is disgusting...Too add I'm not interested in sending off any emails or calling head office I wrote my review there's no need for me to do more. If the owner is reading this it's your job to fix the mess this place has become. I have never not once come to this location and had it ever go good.

This Tim Hortons location is okay but the interior could use a new renovation and there's broken tiles where people can easily trip over and their seats that are heavily worn out and haven't been fixed I don't know maybe since 2020 but even then the seat still looked broken the customer service could be better and the food is like every other Tim Hortons

Yesterday evening my husband and I visited this location for a coffee. As I approached the front counter to order, I felt myself sink into the ground. Confused by the feeling, as I looked down I noticed cracked tiles. Sure enough, under the runner was more cracked tiles clearly hidden intentionally. Thank god my husband was the one carrying our newborn baby and sat down as I ordered. Had my husband been the one to order and him trip/fall on the runner and or tiles, this restaurant would be up for a MAJOR lawsuit. A complaint to the head office has been made as well for the lack of maintenance. The runner were filthy and dusty, tables weren’t cleaned, floors were disgusting, garbage on the floor near the trash bins, leather ripped on the seats of the booths. Lastly, fruit flies were flying around us. The owners should be ashamed to have a restaurant in such a horrible state as it cannot be possible that it’s up to standards. We will never be back.

Had ham & cheese Sammy meal deal with chips. Not a bad sandwich for the $$. Now the chips were a bit stale and dry, had been kept too long in therm unit. And I say this as a retired Culinary tech from McCain Foods, who is your supplier of the Wedges! I worked with them before.

Been coming to this location for well over 6 years now… everyday that I work.I have started to like the London fog tea and was buying 2 a day in my way home … 1 for me and one to take home for the girlfriend.About 3 weeks ago the machine was broken… and now it seems to be broken every time I come… 3 weeks is a long time to be broken.Unless it is too much of a hassle to make this particular drink.Today I chose to order a coffee.. I have on other occasions just drive through without ordering anything…But perhaps not coming here again is the best choice.
