Never gets the order right. You pay an extra 2$ for bacon and they always forget it. I corrected them on it and instead of making a new sandwich the lady passed me bacon in a little bag. They asked for the sandwich back and then just gave me the same sandwich and added the bacon. Extremely unprofessional and Tim Hortons is definitely going downhill

As a loyal customer of Tim Hortons, I recently had a disappointing experience that compelled me to share my feedback. Upon ordering a Chocolate Creamy Chill, I was disheartened to find that it lacked the delicious taste I've come to expect. In fact, it had a distinctly unpleasant flavor that led me to believe the milk may have gone bad.When I brought this concern to the attention of the staff, I was met with denial and defensiveness rather than a genuine effort to address the issue. This lack of acknowledgment only added to my frustration and disappointment. As a paying customer, I expect better treatment and accountability from the establishment, especially when it comes to the quality of their products.Furthermore, I was dismayed to discover that they no longer include whipped cream on the Creamy Chill, despite it being a previously advertised feature. This further diminished the overall experience and left me feeling like I didn't receive the value I paid for.Overall, my recent visit to Tim Hortons left much to be desired. Not only was the product unsatisfactory, but the customer service during the night shift was lacking. As someone who has frequented Tim Hortons for months, I hope they take this feedback seriously and strive to improve both their product quality and customer service standards.Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options.

I needed to go to Barrie today for a couple of reasons. There was Tim Hortons across the street from my first reason so I went for a DUTCHIE ( been missing them for years,) and a cappuccino! My server was pleasant, helpful and efficient. I enjoyed my order there before I headed over to tackle my second reason for going to Barrie. My stop at Tim's was a great mid-morning treat!

Service is rushed. They don't listen to you the first time, so you have to repeat yourself.Unfortunately, you no longer have the option of having your coffee or food in a ceramic cup or plate. Everything is paper or plastic. So much for the environment..
