I always wondered why people complained about how often drinks are made wrong and the way coffee tastes. I understand now. Both of my coffees were incorrect and tasted awful. Considering I drink this coffee every morning I'm absolutely astounded that it could taste this bad. It really isn't that hard to make coffee the way a guest asks, I have done it for 6 years. The literal MANAGER served me and was fine with this service? Insane.

This is the closest location to my work and that is why I continue to frequent this location. Countless times, I am given coffee instead of steeped tea. Often I will check it before I pull away, however there are days when I'm busy, or just forget to check, and I shouldn't have to. I've changed my order so that I'm ordering it black with cream & sugar on the side. Often I have to wait for the staff to return to the window and realize I'm still there and then give it to me. A few extra seconds to check if it's coffee or tea would alleviate some of these problems. I will try to be more diligent in checking it myself. Having said that, the times I have stayed at the window to check my tea, I'm assured in a hasty manner, that "it's right, you don't have to check" Clearly I do.

Horrible service they need to learn how to be honest not lie to customers, i went there to get iced coffee i asked over the speaker if they had espresso lady said yes then when i pulled up she tells me no they don’t so they lied i don’t appreciate being lied to period no customer doesnt like being lied to this isn’t the first time its happend before. Shame on u

Went to this location recently there were mice running around inside I had another issue were I did accidental or to there location and tim hortons company refused to give me a refund and said they had no way to refund money from mobile order !! 0 customer service!
Worst store , I went for coffee today and there was honeybees all around the store , but also inside the store ,I saw honeybee crawling on apple fritter .

1. August 15/2023 at 9.40 pm ,me and my friend order Peppermint tea and hashbrown.The Indian lady was serving. Frist,she was so rude and said " NO FOOD"we figured out may be kitchen is closed. She said we have to clean our kitchen that why we closed 20 min before. I understood.Then , she gave my friend Peppermint tea which has no flavor. Just 1 tea bag which has no flavor.So, I don't know it's Owner decision to sale no flavor tea or management.Anyway, this place is sucks. I will never go there.
