The worst Tim hortons. Higher prices than Toronto which is ridiculous. Ordered caramel latte but it’s not latte, it’s just a coffee with caramel. In any other tim hortons latte is latte but not here. While ago I ordered hot chocolate here and it was a same story, just hot water mixed with something. No FOAM here as usually latte has in other locations. If I would know that same will be with the latte I wouldn’t order. All franchise places usually have same quality standard, meaning you gonna get same item in any location. But not here unfortunately.

Best timmies in Barrie. I got my order pretty quickly and window time was almost none. My food and drinks were ready and food was really tasty. They got quick service and quality assurance. Must visit.

Sitting here in the drive through for 10 minutes, either stop doing food in drive through or hire more staff this is brutal.

Worst sausage muffins old cold and dry muffin was cut near top so thin there was a big hole in it hashbrowns must have been made yesterday also old and cold with a weird plastic taste needless to say they ended up as garbage because we were on the road. Definitely won’t be back

This place is craxy. I asked for sugar in my coffee. They forgot to add in my coffee. I called. Lady said unfortunately we cannot do anything. She didn’t even apologize. Please request to management work on your customer

Worst experience Sat. Oct. 28th at 930am. Ordered a bagel with cheese and tomato. 15 min. later I still don't have a bagel after asking twice. Had to leave without my food as we were on our way to a funeral. So ridiculous!!

Did mobile order to skip the line up but ended up still have to wait. Worst, it was slower than in actual line. It is super frustrating to see people in line ordered and actually pick up their items before I can when it was ordered more than 5 minutes earlier. It is not like they have low staff level at 8:30am with 5 staff working at the front.If they can’t handle mobile order then they should not do it. It is not acceptable to wait a total of more than 15 minutes for a dozen muffins, 2 coffee, and 2 breakfast sandwiches

Make sure you ask to see your total before paying! Drive through decided to add a nice tip for himself! Really wish we noticed before we got back on the highway.

Wow! A muffin at Tim's is normally 2.10 but at the Enroute, it is 30cents more or 2.40. That's a 15% increase.
