This location scams it's clients. We've repeatedly gotten items we didn't order on location, always of less value than what we've ordered. When we bring it to their attention, they insist it's what we ordered and show a receipt, yet when we look at our bank record, we were CLEARLY CHARGED FOR THE MORE EXPENSIVE ITEMS. They do this on Skip and UberEats as well. The real receipt online has a different itemization than what the receipt on the delivery bag says eg; bag has small fries, receipt on bag says same-receipt online says poutine and bank is charged for poutine. We've had ENTIRE orders wrong and that's what made us start checking. God only knows how much $$$ they've taken us for before we noticed. The customer service is terrible (no shock) and now we pay extra to order across town, 'cause we know we're still saving money, 'cause we're not being robbed blind! Save yourself the headache and the $$$ order from ANY other location.
