we went to the Arby's in Kingston on division street and it was so cold inside we actually gathered up our food and went to sit in the car. it was so cold that our food went cold. it was the worst experience and cost 31.00 for our meal. never ever will go there again sad restaurant overall!!^
November 1st, my son ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. it was raw in the middle. The manager offered to have another made, but my son lost his appetite. no refund. I don't think we will go back. disappointed. :( I just hope he doesn't get sick from it.

I have been to the Arbys 5 times in Belleville and although I like the food the server at the take-out is TERRIBLE> " EVERYTIME " I have ordered food and ask to have sauces for the burgers I have NEVER been given enough for everyone. I always order from 6-12 burgers for everyone and when I get home never have enough. The same older man everytime only will give me a few sometimes 3 and "Never " both kinds of sauces and so we all don't have sauce for our burgers. I specifically asked today to make sure PLEASE to give me enough of both kinds and when I got home only red sauce and NO horse sauce. I have given up and will not be going back there anymore. Like the food but fed up with the service.
