Very very bland, everything was just sloppy and tasted off. Not good at all. Won’t be back. The restaurant is absolutely filthy.

I am sorry but this location is very bad. Very. There was only one woman working on a Saturday when we popped in here cause we needed food and needed it ASAP! The place was a mess and the restrooms, both of them, were filthy. The rule of thumb is of the restrooms are nasty, so is the kitchen but at this point it was too late. The woman was nice and she did a good job serving us until she put gloves on then scratched her face… anyways it was not the best experience.

November 24th I placed a mobile order at 5:18 PM and received my order confirmation email immediately, which stated my order would be ready at 5:32 PM. I had a friend waiting in the parking lot until this time specifically. As someone who has worked many years in the fast food/customer service industry, I understand the potential delay and am patient.However once my friend walked in and stated they were picking up an order, My friend was told it hadn't even been started.Patiently my friend sat in the dining area for 15 minutes without our order being started while the employee served two more customers after my friend arrived.Not until my friend stood up in line again to mention our order, did the woman ask another employee to help, and start the order. All while sending ignorant looks in my friend's direction.With us receiving the food at 5:52.I've never had this issue at this establishment before as I go here often enough, The food has always been good and customer service has been satisfactory. But I'm just blown away at how this interaction unfolded and extremely dissatisfied.

Just tried BarBurrito for the first time! Ordered through a delivery app and received it pretty quickly. I ordered the chicken tacos & extreme fries. So delicious! Portion sizes were perfect! SO filling! Definitely recommend and will be ordering again for sure!

This is very bad. Signs advertising 100% authentic corn tortillas and yet we got wheat tortillas? Our “beef and cheese” tacos did not have cheese on them… they had cheetos?!? Yuck.

BarBurrito is my favorite burrito place. When it first opened in Belleville I was excited and used to get guac sub'd for cheese on my veggie subs all the time.This place wanted me to pay for cheese that I wouldnt eat and charge for guac. Stingy practices on already overpriced pre packaged food.Seems like every burrito place starts off strong then certain types of people come in and ruin the brand.

I was in the establishment on Thursday July 27. Ordered and paid with debit distinctly heard the machine beep was told it did not go through. They entered the transaction again i again paid with debit beeped as it had gone through…. Immediately checked my account to see the transaction had gone through twice. Went back in and was told it original transaction was cancelled and it would be back in my account….. today is august 1 and I still do not have a credit and have made several attempts to call and no one answers the phone. Needless to say I paid almost 100$ for a burrito, two bowls and two drinks. Also sent an email to the address provided and have received no response from that either. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement
