Went here for the first time and can't say enough great things! Owner is lovely and was super helpful. Empire cookies and cinnamon rolls that I bought were both delicious! Some of the best I've had!! If you haven't tried this place, I would recommend you do:)

First time visiting this bakery, and we'll be back for sure. Today we tried the chocolate raspberry croissant and the churro cruffin. Both were so good. Nice and crispy and flaky, not soggy. Perfect amount of filling. Very friendly service as well :)

Everything we have tried from The Sweet Retreat has been delicious from the Cruffins, to the Soups, to the donuts, Cake pops, warm cinnamon buns etc. You've gotta get there early for the most selection because they sell out of a lot of items quickly due to how good it all is.

My wife and I have had their cruffins on multiple occasions. This week (one of the busiest for everyone, being just days before Christmas) we were sending a last-minute corporate tray out. We were so pleased with the customer service. The owner went above and beyond by delivering the tray when my wife was home and unable to get to town unexpectedly. Highly recommend!
