How disappointing. We stopped in for lunch. The tables are all dirty and sticky. The fountain pop machine was out of most flavors. When we told an employee about it, he came to replace the flavors. It took him 2 attempts to finish the task. The table we sat at has a support foot missing so the table rocked terribly. We placed a couple of plastic lids under it to stop it.

So, my mom ordered supper for my siblings tonight from here… MY SISTER ALMOST ATE A BREAD CLIP! My mom complained and all they said was “come in and show the photo and we will give you a free sandwich” no apology was givin for my sister. Quite disgusting.

My son loves Wendy's so I had to try it. Food was meh. Same old burger and fries only square. What a unique concept ?. Aside from that the staff were super nice and very fast. The restaurant was clean and had a lot of natural light.

Spent 30.00 on what was supposed to be a Caesar salad Chicken wrap and it was a small wrap with one chicken strip, and a piece of lettuce. We also ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. With the fries, the container was half filled and the chicken sandwich was small enough to fill a child. We originally ordered a baked potato with chili and was told we would have to wait at least ten minutes..What happened to Wendy’s? Used to be great food and great value. They just lost two customers. Will not return or recommend.

Today as I went to order, I had asked a question twice because I hadn't heard properly. Finally on the last time, my host #2214 got up to the glass window and had yelled. I was already afraid of ordering on my own and this just gave me more anxiety around it.

If I could put minus one for everything I would. My son paid for his food, they refused to give it to him because the machine did not print out a number/receipt. Yet he showed them through online banking that it was paid for. They told him he needed to do a refund and it would take 2 days. If he paid for it, why not give him his food?It took me getting extremely upset the manager. This was their problem, not ours. Hire better people and figure your systems out. WHAT A JOKE!
