Reading the reviews and the owners responses demonstrates to me (a loyal customer) just how respectful and caring this family is. Treating service workers in that manner is not okay, there is no means to yell and scream at people who are just doing their job!
Such a hometown feel to this location. The staff is SO amazing & welcoming. The first time I ever tried this location, the staff behind the counter explained approximately 10 different drinks to me without any annoyance in their voices or body language. I drive by Brampton locations to come to this specific location because of the staff alone. ?

I went into this establishment today for my very first time ever. We ordered five drinks, in which one tasted really bad. I asked very politely and for them to exchange only the one drink, and was told I had to pay for it.The lady working there, then proceeded to tell me that I look like a girl that was in there a few nights ago, trying to do the same thing. When in fact that’s incorrect. This is my very first time ever going to this establishment. The owner then showed up telling me the same thing. Then proceeded to put his hands on my 15 year old daughter leaving marks on her body. I have never in my life had this happen to me. Never mind in Bolton . A place that people take pride in, I’m how they treat other humans . Definitely would never go back

HiI drove to Bolton for business and I stopped by to get a drink from the store. I have tried bubble tea in Richmond Hill and the Markham area, and I can say the staff here are very kind, and the drinks are fantastic!!! I will come back for the Taro milk tea, when I'm driving around in the area again.
