Worst service every time. If you don’t know how to make a simple iced coffee please learn . Even after repeating my order 20 times you can’t make it the way I wanted even made it worse . Manager please do something . It’s not a one time thing it’s every time . The crew working behind is just always busy chit chatting .

This one girl today was the rudest and most unprofessional I have dealt with for a long time. She should not be with the public. Very entitled. Will never support this place.
I went there couple of times in the morning around 5:30am. They need to improve their customer service. Indian girl at the window, does not say a single word. No hello, no hi, no thank you. Even i said thank you but she didn’t respond. Really!!!!!!!

Just a suggestion, why dont u open deleivery services like doordash/ skip the dishes/ uber eats in both timm hortons in bolton, nobelton timmirs does have that,I have been deleivery driver since last 4 years, and so many orders are there local in bolton, but sadly we have to go nobelton to bring coffee and breakfast from too far for bolton people.please consider it , thanks

I ordered a turkey bacon club and iced vanilla latte specially I told them to put one pump of vanilla syrup cuz I don’t like it when it’s too sweet they put 3 pumps instead of putting a one pump of syrup .ik how it’s taste like cu I work in Tim’s too .there’s a lady who works in this Tim’s and she knows my order and she knows how to make my drink but idk whoever took my order today is horrible.

I went here 2 times, the service was sub par, I ordered a turkey bacon club, and the first time there was no bacon on it and the turkey taste bad, off, really plastic type taste in your mouth, couldn't even eat either of them. After the first time, I called about it and talked to the manager, I think her name was Julie, and she was very nice, and understanding about it and told me to come in and they will make me another one. They did she said, also gave me a free coffee for the mishap, this time with bacon but the turkey was still bad and taste awful, I couldn't eat it. I think they need to check there products before making them. The manager was very nice so it was not her fault, but the food twice was very bad.
