This was my first time to visit this place. I hate the service of this place. They took a long time to get the order. When I gave the order they did not get it properly. Something was missing. When I mentioned they said that they didn't charge for it by mistake, and they couldn't make it now because not having the stuff that they need to prepare it. ?

We come here almost every Saturday after my son’s sports practice we get donuts and coffee that’s all and sometimes my son ask for a cup with tap water , but today the lady said oh wait you have to pay for tap water , I said since when ?? Today was the first time someone ask me to pay for tap water 20cents , it’s not about the 20 cents but since when a customer that bought food there pays for tap water for a kid. She was very serious about it and I said I don’t want it , I really think that’s not right , I don’t think I’m gonna be coming back to be honest that’s insane, on top their service is not the best they are just trying hard to lose more customers ?

scammers to be honest. I asked for a pump of vanilla in my tea many times get charged for it and they never put it in. service obviously sucks they rush to take your order. no wonder they never get my order right.

Visited this tim Horton with my friend and ordered A veggie habanero wrap , where I found a died fly, an awful experience and even the order taker seemed very rude as I was just giving the order and she kept on interrupting me by asking what size of drink I would likely to have. It's obvious, that Once I finished my order details , I will also tell her about that too!! Worst customer experience.
Worst experience ever As I took an order just 10 mins ago. Ordered Habanero wrap where I saw a fly died on lettuce inside the wrap. Even the order taker was rude.

The Tim Hortons is easily accessible and huge. The cashier was really inviting and kind. I had some gift cards that I wasn't sure of, which had money, and he patiently waited while I scanned 4 of them. Service was really quick, I was basically in and out. I ordered the chicken strips with a quencher and a carrot walnut muffin. The muffin was really good. It has a cremy crème cheese filing. Inside the store was clean, and surprisingly, the washroom as well.Parking: Huge parking lot!!
