I’ve been a loyal customer for over three years, but since new management, service and quality of pizza has terrible. A few weeks ago I ordered a large well done, ended up getting an extra large burnt pizza and took them an extra 15 minutes to cook. Today I ordered a large pizza 25 minutes ahead and they mentioned it would be ready in 15-20 minutes, when I arrived 25 minutes later they were still working on it. Will certainly never go back, miss the previous management.

Not sure if there has been a change in management, but I will never go back. Ordered pizza, I was told 20 minutes and when I showed up in 20, i was ignored and told it would be a few minutes and noticed they were still making them. The pizzas were not even in the oven. I would love to continue to support a local business, but not at the cost of bad service.

Not only does Al’s pizza use way too much salt, but the workers Manija and Sahar are two of the most unpleasant people I have encountered in my life. I know for a fact they treat their coworkers like garbage as well.

BUYER BEWARE!I have been going to Al's for 5 plus years and have always enjoyed their pizzas. I forgave the one time they were overwhelmed and over estimated their time for my pizza (ended up canceling that order as I had small children to feed) but tonight will be my last ever visit. I called the store to order, the phone was picked up and there was no greeting, just a muffed person of who I can only assume said hold please. I waited several minutes with dead air on the phone and the person didn't ever come back to the phone. My spouse ended up placing the order but when they showed up at the time promised pizza would be ready they had not even started making the pizzas.Possibly this is new management as it wasn't unusual to have to wait to place the order over the phone but I was always greeted and the interaction was personable. This was not even close to the same.

Hands down the best pizza ? of Bowmanville! It was incredibly delicious, no complaints. Service was terrific. Highly recommended. Don’t hesitate to try. Definitely a returning customer.

Ordered for pickup and asked for 2 larges with 4 dips. Service was generally good, all seemed to be friendly, but my issue lies on the fact that the 4 dips I had paid for, were not included in my order. Especially when the mozzarella used is extremely salty. Very good crust but missed the mark on those two areas, which are very very crucial, low hanging fruit areas to hit :(

His pizza is the best, home made dough and the best mozzarella cheese and his prices are very reasonable
So I had the pizza here and I must say.. what an absolute rip off. It came to 46$ for a XL 3 topping pizza 2 dipping sauces and 2 drinks. And the pizza was so med level (at best) its crazy. The guys didn't even cut the pizza properly nor evenly nor thru the whole pizza. The toppings to their credit was pretty decent but the sauce bread and cheese were all below pizza pizza level. I wouldn't go back based on the price alone. But if you need more then I can tell you with confidence that their pizza is not even better than pizza pizza or little Ceasars.

I just ordered a small pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and mushroom and I really enjoyed it. The flavour of the sauce was great and all ingredients taste fresh. I would recommend trying this place if your looking for a home made pizza

Your delivery guy was top notch.Unfortunately, your pizza maker forgot to put bacon on one of the pizzas and the young lady who took my call had no idea what to do. Sorry but never again.
