This is the second Tim Hortons I've visited where they take all the sweets out of the display case after supper. It'd be nice to see what's available to order. I didn't order any donuts as I didn't want to chat about what they did/didn't have.

The drive thru service is ridiculously slow. I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru line at 10:30am this morning, and they still got my order wrong.

Nice and clean store with courteous staff. The food and drink options are very affordable and better than I would have expected on average. Staff forgot an item for me during brunch hours, but it was easy to correct.

It's a good location. Very busy drive thru but the line moves well. It's in a bit of a tricky spot to get into off of green Street kinda around the back of the main plaza area and. A few turns through the parking lot. The inside is typical tim Hortons, and generally one of the smaller sitting area types. I don't think many people would be sitting in at the location anyway. At least not for any particular view or from a walking activity or something - this is a drive to kinda area.

This Manager still does not get how to speed up the drive through, orders slightly wrong between ordering and window. Maybe if they would type it in and show on the display so the customer can see it would help. Then just to add to the sad experience … the drive thru window not only being poorly designed on a weird angle the overhang was dripping (pouring ) rain water right into your window as you wait for your order to be corrected. Just a suggestion for poor money strapped Tim Hortons get a cell phone booster for your drive thru so that your app will work and people will have a better experience loading the offers…

This is by far the slowest drive thru I have been to in my entire life. I was in the drive thru recently for at least 25 minutes before reaching the window, and this is not an unusual circumstance. The wait is far too long most every single time. I cannot count on coming here to get a coffee in the morning without being late for work no matter how much time I give myself. It’s rather disappointing.

The young female working in drive through with dark hair was absolutely rude. Around 4:45 I went through the drive though. They began to hand me my order while proceeding to tell me they had no Carmel for my ice coffee. I asked if I could have chocolate as I already paid for the syrup and she sighed and said “oh my god” then they handed my order and I told them they were missing a beverage. She sighed once again and said “oh my god” I am NOT impressed with the hospitality.

I got usual hearing problems i can't focus on being loud and clear doesn't allow me so nextime i promised for a doughnut but i enjoy the company on a beautiful day with lovely amazing
