The staff here are so helpful and really want you to have a great meal! I have Celiac disease and need a very strict gluten free diet and they were very knowledgeable and caring. They went thru the menu with me and prepared my meal safely. I am so grateful for this location's staff. I will definitely be referring and back! Each experience has been amazing! Thank you so much!!
Recently a friend of mine went to pick up a favourite meal of hers at the Bracebridge Freshii location...the server completed the meal, turned around to hand it to my friend with her mask down at her chin. My friend was horrified and asked the server were they not required to wear a mask while preparing the meals. The server commented that she was claustrophobic and was not required to wear a mask...come on Freshii. This employee should not be working preparing meals at this time of a pandemic. How many people has this person put at risk...Freshii needs to make a statement of how they will ensure the safety of customers and employees before I eat there again.
