Amazing sourdough bread, baguettes, crumpets, pizza! Just love this gem of a business and the owners are lovely, friendly people! Excellent service as well!
Would I recommend The Oven... Abso-friggin-lutely!! Some of the most amazing humans work there, creating delicious mouthwatering morsels and feasts. You really should try the wood fired pizza, made from scratch sour dough bread (also the pizza crust), the fresh baked goods, and the freezer selection, is quite handy, for those nights you don’t know "what to make for dinner?". Just remember... be nice to those amazing humans... they work really hard at what they do so we can enjoy the delectable food.

Without question the only place in Bracebridge to get actual proper sourdough bread . There are other bakeries in town (that will remain nameless here...you figure it out) that claim they are selling sourdough bread, but I have tried the other sources, and there is only one authentic producer of proper sourdough and it's The Oven on highway 118 west just on the edge of Bracebridge. Be your own judge.
