Stale beef patties, was like eating a shoe and tasted gamey. I don't know what these guys are doing, but they gotta get it together. Spent $60 for the family, and left there wishing I had gone to McDonalds. The cashier left me holding the machine at drive thru and went on her way. Guess I work there now? Drive on to the next A&W, this one aint it.

I stopped in this morning for their bacon and eggar combo for $6.99 which comes with a hot beverage. For whatever reason there was no hot beverages being severed so i asked for a diet coke instead. The employee was actually charging me for a regular priced pop!! Are you kidding me? I had to substitute as hot beverages weren't being severed. I had explained that to the employee but he still wouldn't take the pop charge off so i left and went else where.Poor customer service!
