Jalebi was good. However, we noticed a strand of hair on Cream Chop. Asked one of the girls, there is a strand of hour there on one of your sweets. They smiled and mentioned “Seriously who looks at that”.Not sure, if pointing out something which we found relevant was not relevant to the people who were selling them.Not a good friendly customer experience.
Unpleasant experience about customer service. We bought food from there 3-4 times, food is tasty. But one time we bought channa bhatura n the channa sabzi was sour. Today, we again visited to buy some sweets for Diwali. Customer service was not pleasant at all. One girl in purple had very rude behaviour towards the customers and her co-workers.

Pros: love the sweets especially the jalebiCons: service needs to improve, girls are nice bit slow often creates confusion. Also quality of sweet has gone down lately, earpier the were among the best. For the past I am giving them 5 stars. Rest the owners are super friendly and focus on service.
