New comment - 1 star: I bought chocolate brownie delux pack. It was poorely pepared. There were barely any mix of flavors, extremely little hot fudge if any existed. Whomever pepared the pack is a very cheap person and such cheap people save the store few dollars but they shortly end up killing the whole business. The loser here would be the owner. Your employees make up or break the business. Teach them how to prepare good ice creams packs. This is Baskin Robbins, not tandoori and curry shop. Listen up , if you want to keep holding back from from being generous with your customers, please change Baskin Robbins to a shop that sells Canadian air in plastic bags, you will make money with almost 0 cost. Teach your employees to be generous! Oh, maybe you are the one who teach them to be cheap, why don't you pick left over ice creams from garbage and sell them as well, you will save alot more. Girl was not very welcoming. Their ice creams tastes good always and pricy as well. I took 5 cups of ice creams takeout order and girl did not give us tray she put all 5 cups in a plastic bag and some of them where upside down which is very unprofessional.

Baskin Robbins is always delicious, but this location is terrible. The sundaes are half the size you get at any other baskin Robbins location, and didn't give the proper toppings on the sundaes.I ordered the reese sundaes which should have peanut butter cup pieces bottom, middle and top, I didn't get a single piece of peanut butter cup.The review is insincere and dishonest. Serving size was half of what any other location serves. The recipe calls for peanut butter cup pieces bottom.middle and top, I got not a single one.

Tried 3 different flavors (birthday cake, caramel, Hawaiian chocolate), none were bad, but none were great.EDIT (in response):I shorthanded some flavour names, the exact flavour names in the order originally presented, as described on the BR website is: Icing on the Cake, NSA Caramel Turtle Truffle, Maui Brownie Madness. I called the "Maui Brownie Madness" Hawaiian Chocolate, because Maui is a island in Hawaii and it was chocolate. Anyways, hopefully your 28 other flavours have a better show.

Quality of this place seems quite below BR standard.Ice cream was pretty stale. Had literal chunks of ice in my ice cream like the ones when a freezer isn’t working properly.Had a waffle cone as well which was also stale and had softened and lost all its crispiness.

It's a Baskin Robbins BUT very over priced. Don't know if it's the franchisee or the corporation BUT it's only ice cream- Relax with the gouging!!!
I've been to baskin robbins two times and both of the times I saw centipedes and dead moths. I have also noticed the disrespectful attitude of the employees. Seeing all this I won't be going there again. They don’t even deserve one star very disappointing attitude.

I have been to this location many Tuesday nights and tonight is the first time that there were 2 East Indian girls working there. There were quite a few customers in the store of different nationalities coming and going and it appeared that if you weren’t Indian they had no interest in serving you.While I stood there holding my granddaughter waiting to be served after another customer of Indian descent one staff had to add one more cone to the already full stack (minus one). But when another person of Indian descent she was quick to help them.Once an Indian person was served and someone black or white was the next customer all of a sudden there were counters to wipe, cones to stack etc.I am not prejudice against anyone. I have lived in Brampton for 31 years and love my city but I am not a happy camper when treated like that. If they are working there on a Tuesday when I go in and treated like that, corporate office will be hearing about it.Usually the service there is very good.
