Baskin Robbins really needs to consider who they allow to use their name. This owner has no customer service skills. This place screwed up an order and then, refused to give the correct cake and wanted me to pay extra, unacceptable! I have been a customer since this location opened; however, I will be going to another location moving forward. This was during Easter as well!! Gave me some random flavour cake aka the wrong order...no one at the Easter gathering...ate it.... $50 down the drain.

One of the staff (probably owner) is rude if you ask for samples. We also found the waffle cones to not be fresh. The place looked depressing at night.

I ordered a Brownie Mint Double Chip bucket and it was the worst pack ever. The barely put any hot fudge inside the pack. 90% of the pack is filled with mint chocolate chip ice cream! They should have at least 50% chocolate chip ice cream and 50%mint chocolate chip ice cream NOT 90%mint chocolate chip ice cream. Don't cheat people. Guys you are not filling a bucket of white rice with butter chicken. If you can't serve ice cream properly, resign and cook butter chicken, you do a better job.I recommend you to visit Baskin Robbins in the Peel center bramlea mall. They prepare good ice creams with well enough generous hot fudge, etc. Peel's Baskin got excellent customer service as well.

Extremely rude staff. Mr/ms Owner. What is your policy of throwing out customers who are dining in with 20 mins still to go for store close. We were 75% done at 9.40 pm today. Peacefully as a family enjoying a summer evening. Your girls told us dine-in is closed and we had to leave with our stuff in our hands. I am not sure when your dine in closes, but you never ask a eating customer to get lost. And by the way while we were struggling and finishing our icr cream with my old aged mother, there were 2 families given take outs. You should run you recording and check. Looking for a response please

I visited here today service was so poor and customer service is zero. Worst service ever . I will never come here. I don’t know her name she was just asking for bills but we didn’t complete our order. If there is zero star . I want to give 0 star

Great variety of icecreams and 2 very friendly girls who invited me to taste some of the flavours.The other big guys I was with were easy to please however I wanted to try some unique flavours as I do around the world knowing the water/milk/etc make the ice cream taste different.We were all pleased with our icecreams - most surely we will be back.
