Went in to get my free bday drink. Everything was fine.. until I was driving away and realized the cup had a huge cut in the bottom..and half of my smoothie is now swimming around in my cupholders.. total mess. BJ needs to make sure their cups are actually functional.

Worst juice ever had in my life. I thought they give fresh squeeze juice but it’s not even worth whole artificial flavours and the taste is so better. The carrot juice doesn’t seem to be a carrot juice and I paid $10 for this. I would not recommend anyone to buy any juice, worthless

Booster Juice is my go to especially when I need a pick me upper for my day and need a boost as their name suggests. Spinach is in it is my go to and adding a warrior booster.

Please do not give these chains your business/money unless they maintain a standard. They took my order wrong and when I asked to have it fixed, they told me I would have to pay again. Sneaky way to grab money out of your pockets!

My recent visit to Booster Juice at 8:30 PM was a nightmare. Despite being well within their posted hours, they refused to serve me, citing their closing time at 9:00 PM as the reason.This level of customer service is unacceptable. I had 30 minutes to order, and their refusal was both rude and illogical. I won't be returning to this location ever again.
Denied to serve us Juice. Said we are closing. It was just 8:39pm only. And as per google closing time of store was 9:00pm.How long does it take to make a juice? They are supposed to close at 09:00 for customers, and then start their machine cleaning etc. but, they start at 08:15-08:20 as per the guy on site.

The customer service at this location is the worst I’ve ever experienced at a booster juice location. I had ordered a mango fuzz and before ordering I asked a man (whom I believe was the owner) if the drink was mango. He replied to me that it was so I paid. I was able to see the person making my drink and it seem to have juice from a dispenser which was labeled pineapple juice. Then frozen mango bits was put on top (very little). When I tasted it I said to the owner that it didn’t taste like mango and I didn’t like it. I asked to replace my drink with something else especially because he told me it was a mango drink. He refused. And was very rude. Blaming me for ordering it. I’m not sure if anyone ever educated him that you don’t argue with customers. He proceeded to be rude and brushed me off. I didn’t want to go back and forth so I left the drink and left the store. I will not be going back to this location and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else visiting this location if you are looking for a pleasant experience. This owner will give “booster juice” a terrible name. I wouldn’t even give 1 star but you have to if you want to leave a review.

Wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Worst customer service ever. Went in on a Saturday morning. Person ( could be owner) extremely rude. Made me feel like I shouldn't even come into the store. Never again.
