If i could give zero stars i absolutely would horrible customer service management staff is absolutely incompetent the store is like a sweat shop that they threw some paint on and some flashy signs there was so much cross contamination same spoons used for multiple things the shop is probably infested with roaches i sat in the shop to eat my ice cream and seen one run by on the window sill !!!! would absolutely not recommend unless you want to get sick this shop should be shut down immediately DISGUSTING ?!!!!

Like the previous comment said: E for effort! I ask for a menu, I get told there’s no menu because they just opened. After reading the reviews, I see you’ve been open for TWO YEARS. Come on now. Two years and no menu, and I need to read the flavours on your containers behind the counter? I ask for popping boba, the associate has no idea what I’m talking about ? I ask for a green tea strawberry bubble tea, I get a strawberry MILK TEA. And the tapioca pearls taste like they’ve been sitting there since summer 2020. Should I finish it or do I risk diarrhea?
