Really tasty food, and an amazing value for the price. One plate can last me 2-3 meals. Their fried rice and wings are probably the standout dish to get. It does take a while for the food to be cooked, though. It is quiet and unassuming during the day but becomes a dance club with a DJ some nights.

Had my birthday here yesterday. Amazing staff everyone made sure everything was on point for my special day. Especially Jerry and my brother.Food was fantastic, they have new wings and WOW. a Must try. Music and entertainment was good. Would definitely have my birthday here again. Best staff in the world. From the appetizers to the main dishes, the food here was absolutely delicious! Calypso Hut exceeded all our expectations! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the pepper shrimp, chicken wings, fried rice and the noodles.
The service was amazing. The food is even betterr. A must try is their chicken wings for all those wing lovers!

I’ve been going to Calypso Hut for years. From the food to the night life, everything is on point. I ordered last week for lunch for myself and others at work who aren’t familiar with Guyanese/Chinese cuisine, and they loved it. Some staples are obviously the fried rice, chow mein, pepper shrimp and we ordered the chicken choka which is one of my personal favs. I also gotta give Jerry, the owner his flowers. Amazing person and attentive to all his customers and truly makes you feel welcomed. Your parents would be proud. If you’re in Brampton, I highly recommend Hut especially now that they serve a buffet lunch Wednesday to Friday. My only issue is that I live so far and can’t get it as often as I’d like.
