Cashier has selective hearing. When we want something that costs extra he hears it, when we want something that will cost us less, he doesn't. We asked for all regular sizes and he charged us for all larges. When we ask for things that are an upcharge like substituting regular milk for oat milk, he hears that fine though. Got overcharged and feel scammed. I don't think I'll be coming back

I use to love coming here & decided to go there because its been a while, and it does not taste how it use to taste. Whatever fruit chemical they use is disgusting . Theres a nasty after taste as well.. I also had to ask a friend who went there recently too and they agree’d. Will not be going back here again.. idk if its all the “chat time” store that are like this now but im forsure turned off from coming here now

They won't have most of the milk tea flavours they promote, FYI. There's a dude there that will only half pay attention to you while on his phone, and then mess up your order and walk away, to get back on his phone. He messed up both my size and my topping, resulting in an overcharge. And someone else had to fix it.Management: he was working on Mar 13 just before 1pm. You should see what's up.I don't understand how even after all these reviews, there have been no improvements to their customer service.
