i always recommend this place. staff was very friendly and helpful. it was my first time and front staff explained everything very calmly and nicely. food was very good and fresh. totally gonna recommend friends, will come again.

This location is great! The chicken was crispy, fresh and not oily and the biscuits were to die for...:) i highly recommend if you are looking for a Church's to buy from in Brampton. I've tried 2 other locations and they were okay too but this one was the best. I normally do take out though. The staff are friendly and patient as well.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and the lady who took and made my order really went out of her way to give inedible tomato slices. The part you’re supposed to throw out lol. Place was empty too so I’m guessing out of laziness or some odd reason she felt the need to do that.

HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!THE GIRL AT THE FRONT NAMELY SHUBHKARMAN OR SHUBHKARAN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS . Having so much ego doesn’t help in customer service businesses. I bought a few items at the store today ( Sunday at 8:45pm) and while waiting i got into a conversation with her while replying to my queries she became violent in her words and showed me useless attitude for no reason . These type of egoist and immature people shouldn’t be hired at reputed franchises. She was literally telling me “ SPEAK WHATSOEVER YOU WANT TO SPEAK AND LEAVE THE STORE”Is this the way your stupid employees should be treating your valued customers?I come here every now and then but this was the worst experience.!!!!! I hope the management will take this seriously and teach her some customer service etiquettes.

Just went there at around 1:30am and the lady today at shift hates her job so much . Non existent customer service didn’t even reply my thankyou . Got a tender wrap nd they gave me a plain tender with tortilla . 0 don’t recommend at all.

Church chicken is my fav place to get fried chicken. This place however has the worse customer service. For last 3 times I went there I was told to wait 10mins if I want to get spicy fried chicken. I finally had enough and asked what is going on with spicy chicken and this is my 3rd time told to wait 10 mins. Instead of being apologetic about it , lady who took my order became so defensive about it. And told me if i want something specific I could call ahead. Why would I have to call ahead for something they have in menu ?? It wasn't anything special. She went on and said customer ordered more spicy chicken than regular. Then make more... I don't know. There wasn't one word of sorry or apology.
